  1. Get in touch

    Email support@fellowing.com with any question or problem. A real person reads every message. If something broke, tell us what you were doing when it happened. If you’re testing the beta through TestFlight, you can also send feedback and screenshots straight from TestFlight.

  2. Lost your passkey?

    Fellowing accounts are protected by a passkey we can’t reset. If your passkey is synced with iCloud Keychain or a password manager, sign in from there on any of your devices. If it’s gone entirely, the account and its data are unrecoverable (not even we can read them). You can create a new account and rejoin your groups with fresh invite links.

  3. Managing your account

    Your profile, notifications, and account deletion are all self-serve in the app, under Account settings. Deleting your account is permanent; the app explains exactly what’s removed before you confirm, and the App Privacy Policy covers the details.

  4. Security issues

    If you’ve found a vulnerability, email security@fellowing.com. Our encryption page explains how Fellowing protects your group’s data.

  5. Legal and privacy

    The Terms of Service and App Privacy Policy cover the app; this website has its own privacy policy. For legal or privacy requests, email legal@fellowing.com.
