1. Fellowing is a PBC

   Fellowing is incorporated in Delaware as a public benefit corporation, which means our charter names a specific public benefit that’s weighed alongside shareholder returns.

2. Our specific public benefit

   From Article III of our Certificate of Incorporation: “…to empower small groups and communities to cultivate authentic connection and mutual care through privacy-focused tools and initiatives.”

3. Why a PBC?

   Fellowing isn’t about the app. It’s the problem space I want to spend my life working in. I committed to this structure early on because I’m confident in the direction. The PBC serves to provide public accountability for myself, as well as mission alignment with any future shareholders.
